Responsiblity: • Liaising withstaff on all levels of the company to analyze and determine acomprehensive contract strategy. • Designingstandardized language and guidelines forcontracts. • Reviewing contracts for compliancewith language guidelines. • Collaborating withinternal procurement, legal and human resources teams to ensurecontracts' compliance. • Sharing andclarifying contract processes, conditions and details withmanagement, business partners andemployees. • Obtaining contract-relatedinformation from relevant parties. • Reviewingcontracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in linewith company rules and guidelines. • Ensuringrelevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digitaland hard copies of relevantdocumentation. • Liaising between partiesregarding contract development, and negotiations regarding termsand conditions, and drafting and revising changes asrequired.
