Manager Internal Audit
Technically sound
Understanding of the key business processes Internal Audit standards or COSO framework
Experience of working on ICFR or SOX Compliances SOP drafting testing of Internal controls.
Should have ability to resolve any gaps irregularities exceptions and shortcomings found during the audit
Multitasking across engagements on certain occasions.
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Having Good English speaking and writing skills.
A Team player and on occasion ability to lead the team of 10 people.
Able to identify and assess areas of significant business risk in retail segment
Having experience on working on audit tools which is not necessary but an added advantage.
Having additional certifications with respect to Internal audit which is not necessary but an added advantage.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS Bachelors/Masters degree in Bcom/Accounting and Finance field. Minimum 1 year of experience required. Experience in startup will be an added advantage. Attention to detail Prior Experience of working on Zoho books Knack to learn and grow
