Job Title: SAP FICO Business Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to understand financial and accounting requirements, analyzing and recommending solutions to enhance financial processes and compliance, as well as configuring and customizing the SAP FICO module to align with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend and document financial and accounting requirements accurately.
- Analyze current financial processes and recommend effective solutions to improve efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Configure the SAP FICO module to meet business requirements, including the setup of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
- Customize the SAP FICO system to cater to specific accounting and reporting needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of SAP FICO solutions.
- Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the SAP FICO module remains compliant and aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including configuration and customization.
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and translating their requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- SAP FICO certification is preferred.
