Job Description:
Are you skilled in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems on equipment? Do you thrive in environments where collaboration with maintenance experts is key to solving problems related to automated and manufacturing facility machinery? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Controls Technician. Your role will involve:
  • Collaborating closely with Maintenance Supervisors for feedback and suggestions on controls changes like wiring, programming, or part changes.
  • Observing the functioning of installed equipment to identify hazards or problems.
  • Navigating PLC Programming.
  • Efficiently using our work order system (EAM) to document repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Tracing problems using electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
  • Maintaining backups of programs from all electrical devices.
  • Concisely and accurately documenting set points and parameters for equipment.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of Ladder Logic programming.
  • An Associate's Degree in a related field (strongly preferred).
  • The ability to obtain forklift and aerial platform licenses.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
