STARTING PAY: Up to $35 / hour $2 / hour shift premium for night shift!
Sign On Bonus!
SUMMARY:
The Process Technician is responsible for keeping all equipment running at top efficiency and assist the Supervisor in shift operation.
In This Role Youll Have The Opportunity To:
- Provides Continual process improvement.
- Solves technical issues and challenges.
- Keeps secondary equipment fully operational (100%) when in operation.
- Assists Supervisor in floor operation.
- Maintains and evaluates records.
- Communicates regularly with both technical and nontechnical staff.
- Establishes and ensures adherence to technical standards while demonstrating responsiveness to the needs of the equipment.
- Keeps work area clean at all times.
- Reports unsafe working areas and oil/water leaks to supervisor or other maintenance staff.
- Keeps shop floor clean and safe.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum five (5) years of experience years of Plastic Processing experience.
