Job Description
Job Summary:The Cultivation Technician will work as part of the Cultivation Team to execute daily tasks including but not limited to vegetative propagation transplant pruning trellising harvesting irrigation IPM and cleaning/sanitizing with the goal of efficiently and effectively producing high quality cannabis flower while meeting timelines and adhering to all standards and regulations.
Salary:$18$20 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with the Cultivation Team to execute the production schedule.
- Propagation: Process cuttings Clone Maintenance Labeling Monitoring and Transplant
- Plant Maintenance: Environmental Monitoring Trellising Pruning Decongestion Defoliation Irrigation and
- Scouting
- Harvest: Chopping Plucking Cleaning/Sanitizing and Room Reset
- General cultivation area/tools/materials inventory organization and maintenance
- Environmental Data Collection using handheld instruments.
- IPM
- Irrigation: Minor plumbing repairs Nutrient inventory/stock maintenance Day Tank maintenance Nutrient
- maintenance and RO system maintenance
- Ensures compliance with all policies and SOPs.
- Willing to perform processing duties and other duties as needed.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned
Working Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting standing kneeling bending walking and repetitive movements
- Will be required to wear PPE at times
- Prolonged exposure to humidity and high intensity artificial lights
- Must be able to move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend lift stretch climb and crawl while working with ladders and heights

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years of cultivation experience preferred
- Ability to pass a background check required
- Energetic team player willing to take direction and learn new skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
- Ability to work weekends holidays overtime and a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask with effective time management
- Willingness to comply with state regulations and guidelines
