Miller Hospitality is recruiting an experienced store manager for a friendly local coffee shop in Craigavon.
The ideal candidates will have successfully led a team within a caf /restaurant and have experience with coffee & food production, dealing with customers and will be fully flexible in terms of working hours.
A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar management/supervisory role is required.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and back of house operations
- Deliver amazing service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage your stores good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control your stores operational costs and manage where necessary
- Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Enthusiastic and passionate about our customer service and reputation.
- Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- A good understanding of IT and working across various software s.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong financial management skills
