The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all company-wide costs. This will include cost planning, budgeting, estimation, risk analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost management for civil engineering projects
- Ability to effectively manage and monitor budget, cost estimates and forecasts
- Ability to identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
