The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and Engineers working on a variety of civil engineering and multi-utility construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. You will also be responsible for the financial management of each project, including managing the costs and ensuring the projects are profitable.
Requirements
The successful applicant will need to have the following skills and experience:
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience working in Multi Utility Construction Projects
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Full UK Driving License
