Executive Support
- Support Director in the performance of their duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director managing calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and organize materials for presentations and meetings ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders demonstrating strong communication skills
- Conduct research on behalf of the Director to obtain market research and rates (ie pricing for boardrooms)
Accounts Admin
- Accurately enters all AP / AR transactions daily/weekly/monthly into Quickbooks
- Uploads supporting evidence for all transactions entered
- Reconciliation of Quickbooks
- Performs bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
- Update and maintain labor burden cost calculators to ensure accuracy in charge out rates and profitability
Rental Property Support
- Support the Director in the management of multiple rental properties
- Accurately manage rental property finances in Quickbooks including all incoming and outcoming 
- Prepare and manage relevant spreadsheets to support maintenance and growth of rental properties
Requirements - At least years experience in executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Experience with an Accounts Administration Role
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools
- Quickbooks Experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Skills or Qualifications
- Intermediate MS Excel and MS Word Certification
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in rental properties a plus
