Key Responsibilities
Hiring & Recruitment
- Lead endtoend recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Payroll and Benefits
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits
Accounts Management
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records related to HR activities
- Monitor and manage HRrelated budgets and expenses
Administration Management
- Handle daytoday HR administrative tasks such as documentation employee records and data management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Managing Recruitment Team
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
- Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the HR department
Employee Happiness
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Address and resolve employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment
Policies and Procedures
- Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Conduct Disciplinary Actions
- Handle disciplinary actions when necessary ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of company policies
General Management Duties
- Collaborate with other departments to address crossfunctional issues
- Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies
Payroll and Compliances
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks
Qualifications and Skiils
- Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience of years in HR roles preferably in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws payroll processes and HR best practices
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
