Updating Tracking Information
  Provide customers with realtime updates on their order status
 Utilize tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination
 Troubleshoot and resolve any trackingrelated inquiries from customers
Customer Email Support
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries and general enquiries via email
 Handle refund requests and initiate the refund process in accordance with company policies
 Provide friendly and informative responses to enhance the customer experience
Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Proficient in using Excel and tracking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
