• Lead the development and implementation of predictive models to support business strategy and
  
• Design experiments and A/B tests to validate models and
  
• Manage a team of analysts in executing predictive modeling
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using predictive
  
• Communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders across the
  
• Continuously improve the performance of predictive models by refining algorithms and data

Requirements

• Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related
  
• 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling or data
  
• Strong experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression, time series analysis, and machine
  
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or
  
• Strong experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and
  
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical
  
• Experience leading a team of data
