Job Details
-3+ years experience as a full desk recruiter in the tech or accounting and finance space.
-Billing over $450,000 annually.
-Experience bringing in new clients in the tech and accounting and finance space and then filling those roles.
-Previous experience with permanent placements.
-This position is on-site in Hanover, MD until the candidate has proven themselves, and then there is the option to be hybrid.
Base Salary $60k-$75k (Depending on years of experience) + 15% commission on each permanent placement.
Commission:
15% of each permanent placement brought in.
Top Performers OTE: $250,000
