Full-time Chart Retrieval

We are excited to announce an opening for a remote Chart Retrieval position with our company. This role requires a detailoriented individual with a strong understanding of medical records and data retrieval. The ideal candidate will be responsible for retrieving medical charts for various healthcare providers and ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

Retrieve medical records from healthcare providers in a timely and efficient manner Review and analyze records to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to request records and follow up on missing information Enter data accurately into our database and maintain organized records Collaborate with other team members to ensure all records are retrieved and processed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in medical records retrieval or a related field Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry software Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology

This is a remote position open to US applicants only. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and set their own schedule within the designated working hours.
