Job Description

Northwest Talent Solutions is a leading staffing/recruiting and workplace civility consulting firm specializing in the Technology Finance and Healthcare verticals both in the private industry and public sector. Currently we are seeking an experienced Principal Recruiter to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote role with uncapped earning potential. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.

Job Summary:

As a Principal Recruiter with Northwest Talent Solutions you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting toptier talent for client companies of Northwest Talent Solutions including private industry and public sector companies while also practicing DEIcentric screening and interviewing techniques in accordance with the Northwest Talent Solutions firm mission. You will collaborate with Northwest Talent Solutions internal team members and the firms executive leadership team to understand the needs of our clients; to screen candidates and to guide candidates through our clients selection process all the while ensuring excellent candidate engagement and solid consultative client focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit on behalf of Northwest Talent Solutions clients.
  • Interviewing: Conduct thorough OFFCP compliant interviews with potentially viable talent to assess for the tangible (hard skills) and intangible fit (soft skills) of candidates on behalf of our clients.
  • Debriefing: Communicate with candidates upon each interview stage to ensure they feel aligned with the tangible and intangible aspects of each client opportunity.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and account managers providing guidance and feedback to both parties.
  • Build Trusted Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong trusted relationships with potential candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Study and remain abreast of workplace civility and talent industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor activities to provide insights to the Northwest Talent Solutions team and our clients.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client openings fully utilizing the Northwest Talent Solutions ecosystem including Manatal various job boards and established recruiting platforms (i.e. Bountyjobs Recruitifi and NPA Worldwide).
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in offer preparation and negotiation from our clients ensuring a competitive and fair compensation offer to candidates represented by Northwest Talent Solutions.
  • Amplify the Northwest Talent Solutions Brand: Employees of Northwest Talent Solutions ensure that our company brand/logo is utilized during candidate outreach business development and social networking in relation to Northwest Talent Solutions business (i.e. LinkedIn Indeed Manatal Crowdsourcing MS Outlook etc.)
  • Assist in the RFP bidding process to ensure a bestinclass workplace civility and Talent Acquisition proposal submittals to private industry and public sector clients.
  • New Client Development: As a full desk Principal Recruiter you are expected to cultivate and develop new client relationships resulting in contracts as well as to effectively manage existing client relationships.

Qualifications:
I. Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
  • In lieu of the above education requirement equivalent years of additional work experience may be considered.

II. Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (agency preferred).
  • Experience working within an ATS / CRM.
  • Prior experience working in a fastpaced startup environment is a plus.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of OFCCP compliance and employment law
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining an elevated level of productivity.
  • Initiativetaking with a purposeful mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
  • Indepth understanding of the recruitment industry with the commitment to remain abreast of the everchanging market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding established recruitment and placement goals.

Compensation:

Compensation for this role is commissionbased with a monthly draw. Commission payments structure as follows:

  • Monthly draw payable every two weeks.
  • 20% commission of the total contingency fee received on candidates you have sourced screened interviewed and submitted.
  • 40% commission of the total contingency fee on projects whereby you have brought in a new client and placed a candidate that you have sourced screened interviewed and submitted
  • 10% of the hourly gross margin on staffing augmentation/hourly consulting engagements that you have successfully placed a candidate on.
  • 20% of the received placement fee on Retained searches (successful candidate placement) and 40% of the received placement fee on Retained client/candidate ownership.

  3. Do you have Healthcare Finance and/or Technology recruiting experience
  4. Have you worked with crowdsourcing platforms Is yes which
  5. Do you now or will in the future require employment sponsorship in order to work in the United States
