Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Start Date: ASAP May 29, 2024
Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
Caseload: 1 Self-Contained Classroom; Elementary School

If you are passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with autism, Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in our Illinois.
Our trained behavior technicians (BTs) provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals diagnosed with autism under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA. With this position, youll be working with families, implementing ABA programs, training BTs on implementation of said programs, and establishing parent training opportunities in order to promote generalization of programming, maintenance, and carryover of acquisition skills.
Responsibilities
Design ABA therapy plans, monitor the progress, and make adjustments on a regular basis.
Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
Constantly review clinical reports and session notes.
Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.
Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training.
Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
BCBA certification given by the BACB
Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required
Masters degree in Special Education or related field
Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analysts
School experience working with elementary, middle, or high school aged students or any school based assignment
