Job Title: Venture Capital Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venture Capital Recruiter to join our team at 71.VC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting toptier investment professionals building relationships with key industry talent and helping our firm grow by connecting us with the right individuals. This role requires a deep understanding of the venture capital ecosystem and exceptional networking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Source screen and evaluate candidates for venture capital and investment roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the VC industry.
- Collaborate with partners and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process endtoend.
- Maintain and grow a talent pipeline of potential candidates.
- Utilize networking events industry contacts and platforms like LinkedIn to source candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 years of experience recruiting in the venture capital or private equity sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the venture capital landscape and industry trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $80000 $120000 annually depending on experience.
