Job Overview: The ELearning Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting identifying and hiring top talent for our elearning projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify attract and recruit qualified candidates for various elearning positions including instructional designers content developers and educational technologists.
- Job Postings: Create and manage compelling job descriptions and postings on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial screenings and manage the interview process to ensure a highquality candidate experience.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals educational institutions and elearning communities to develop a robust talent pipeline.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise on compensation packages and competitive hiring strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on elearning or related fields preferred. Experience in instructional design or educational technology is a plus.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with elearning platforms educational technologies and industry trends.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. SHRMCP) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with online job boards and social media platforms.
