Job Description
Full-service engineering firm with tradition and reputation that goes back over 40 years looking to add a Contract Administrator to their Indianapolis office!
Responsibilities:
- Develop contract proposals
- Review cost estimates including proposal costs, then determine if estimates are reasonable/accurate
- Ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Ensure contracts comply with state/federal laws and regulations
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Business Administration
- Additional law qualifications preferred
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field (preferably the AE industry)
- Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary is commensurate with experience.
