Senior Healthcare Business Development Manager

Location: Remote OR Hybrid/On-Site - Austin,Texas

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00

Commission Structure: 5-10% Commission And Up to 100% of base Bonus Plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Healthcare Staffing
  • Proven track record of closing business within healthcare staffing
  • Consistent Job history (at least 3+ years in same firm)

About the Role

This person will be a valued asset to the team and the main focus is to drive new business and maintain relationships- while utilizing the top tools in the industry with a great support system of leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and obtain new business for healthcare staffing
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Create and execute sales strategies within the healthcare staffing industry
  • Establish goals and long term career objectives
  • Develop your professional skill set
  • Collaborate with the SDR and form working partnership that benefits both

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience within the healthcare staffing market
  • Proven billing of 1M+
  • Experience closing business virtually and in person
  • A passion for growth and professional development
  • Experience obtaining DIRECT business and not relying on MSP/VMS
