Your main objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the companys products/services addressing and anticipating client objectives.
Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to legal rules and guidelines.
Maintain records of sales revenue invoices and other relevant information.
Provide reliable feedback and aftersales support to clients.
Foster longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entrylevel staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Demonstrated track record of sales success.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Proficiency in English.
Strong market knowledge.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Effective time management and planning abilities.
Bachelors degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration Sales or a relevant field.
