We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to support a global consumer electronics company in Amana, IA.
This is an onsite contract role open to local candidates.
Duration: 6 months
Open to: Green Card, US Citizen, Employer Authorization Doc. (EADs), TN (Canadian Visa), Curricular Practical Training (CPT), L1 Visa
Occupational Practical Training (OPT)
Job Summary:
The position involves primarily screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates
- Scheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned
- Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process
- Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Requirements
Education:
- HS diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates degree (preferred)
- BA/BS recent graduate with internship
Required:
- 1 year of Recruiting or HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to multitask
- Target driven
Preferred:
- Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
- Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software
- Bilingual (Eng/Span)
