We can provide entitlement development design procurement construction management project management expert witness and litigation support services on a variety of building types. Our experienced team have provided these services to successfully deliver various facilities for public school districts college districts universities commercial developers hospitality owners multinational CM/PM consultants and other valued clients.

This is a fulltime position working with Los Angeles Community College District at Los Angeles Pierce College. In this role you will coordinate the preparation of project schedules ensuring they align with defined philosophies. Youll review contractor schedules for contract conformance and quality assurance evaluate contract change orders for budget and schedule impacts and perform time impact analyses on project delays and potential claims. Your responsibilities will include conducting Critical Path and Earned Value analyses identifying and resolving schedulerelated issues and conducting site visits for progress reporting. Additionally youll review contractors weekly and monthly schedule progress prepare narratives of findings and present them to management. Youll also perform cost analyses prepare costloaded schedules for cash flow projections and ensure compliance with Build LACCD guidelines. Effective communication and flexibility in schedule and transportation are essential as is the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in project scheduling on large construction programs a relevant bachelors degree and advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications.
