Job Title: Tech Lead- MERN Stack
Location: Indore, MP
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Minimum 7 to 10 Years
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in MERN Stack to join our client's dynamic team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, driving the development of innovative and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Stack. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role
- Strong proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Experience in designing and developing scalable web applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- MERN Stack: 7 years (Required)
