Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00

Compensation Package: Bonus Plan

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting operations, implementing accounting systems, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making. Your expertise in financial management and reporting will contribute to the overall success and stability of our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and all day-to-day full cycle accounting functions
• Proven ability to setup accounting systems
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Proven ability to setup Payroll process for new entities
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; and preparing special reports.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
• CPA preferred
• Experience using Netsuite, or similar Accounting System
