Role and Responsibilities:

• As a Nursing Home Manager at Find Medic, you will leverage your expertise and leadership acumen to oversee all aspects of the care home and #x27;s operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring top-quality support for residents, emphasizing positive outcomes and choice
• Cultivating a culture of safety and learning, promoting transparency and safeguarding
• Developing and updating person-centered care plans regularly
• Managing operational efficiency, cost control, and optimal resource utilization
• Upholding regulatory compliance and company policies
• Overseeing staff training, appraisals, and professional development
• Conducting internal and external audits and inspections
• Handling investigations and necessary actions in response to reported incidents

Requirements :

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and valid NMC Pin
• Continued post-registration professional development
• Experience managing a Care/Nursing Home or similar role
• Level 5 Management qualification (desirable)
