Acquisitions Analyst

• Assisting with thesourcing off market new development and existing lease opportunities through strategic cold calling campaigns
  

• Supporting the team with deal negotiations beginning with letters of intent (LOIs) for each identified investment
  

• Managing and overseeing the teams acquisition pipeline including properties under evaluation, stages of LOI, and deals under contract
  

• Conducting initial deal analysis, and gathering the necessary data to facilitate proper credit underwriting of each new asset
  

• Managing the due diligence process for individual assets or portfolios, under the guidance of senior members of the Acquisitions team
  

• Assisting members of the Acquisitions team as they compile information forinvestment committee
  

• Maintaining and growing the team s CRM database
  

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or related field preferred
  

• Experienced in the analysis, underwriting, and financial modeling of core real estate assets (multifamily, Office, Industrial, & Retail)
  

• 1-2 years of professional experience
  

• Organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask, and manage multiple competing projects and deadlines
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

• An analytical thinker, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  

• Able to work independently and collaborate internally & externally to achieve a desired result
  

• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
