Job Description: As a Junior Investment Banking yst specializing in Bank Technology you will play a pivotal role in supporting our senior bankers in executing transactions and delivering advisory services to our clients. You will be involved in financial ysis industry research and the preparation of presentations and marketing materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic intersection of finance and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation ysis.
- Perform comprehensive industry research and competitive ysis.
- Prepare pitch books presentations and confidential information memoranda (CIMs).
- ist in due diligence efforts and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with senior team members on client engagements and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and developments within the bank technology sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ss.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (Bloomberg Capital IQ etc.) is preferred.
