Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Investment Banking yst to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Investment Banking yst you will work closely with senior ysts and investment bankers to provide ytical support for financial transactions and advisory services. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial modeling performing valuation ysis preparing pitch books and presentations conducting industry research and isting in due diligence processes. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various financial products and services develop strong ytical ss and contribute to the success of our clients strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• ist in financial modeling and valuation ysis for mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial transactions
• Prepare pitch books presentations and other marketing materials for client meetings and transactions
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction and business development efforts
• ist in due diligence processes including data ysis and coordination with legal accounting and other advisors
• Support senior ysts and bankers in daytoday activities and client interactions
• Stay updated on market trends regulatory developments and industry news relevant to investment banking activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field
• Strong ytical and quantitative ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication ss
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases
• Previous internship or relevant work experience in investment banking corporate finance or related field is preferred but not required
