Job Description: We are seeking a talented Investment Banking yst with a pion for Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) factors to join our team. As an Investment Banking yst specializing in ESG Integration you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on integrating ESG principles into their strategic decisionmaking processes and financial transactions. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers research ysts and clients to develop innovative ESG solutions that drive sustainable growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive ESG research and ysis to identify material ESG risks and opportunities for clients across various industries.
- ist in the development of ESG integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions debt and equity financings and other corporate transactions.
- Support the of ESG due diligence including data gathering ysis and reporting to ess the ESG performance of target companies.
- Work closely with investment banking teams to incorporate ESG considerations into financial modeling valuation and deal structuring processes.
- Prepare highquality presentations and pitch materials that articulate the financial implications of ESG factors to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in ESG investing and provide thought leadership within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance economics environmental science or related field.
- 13 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or ESG research.
- Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret complex financial and ESG data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g. SASB GRI TCFD) and sustainable investing principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
