Scrum Master

This is a remote position.

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and has hands-on experience using Rally (now known as Broadcom Agile Central) as a project management and collaboration tool.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of successfully applying Agile methodologies in software development projects.
  
• Proficiency in using Rally (Agile Central) for Agile project management and collaboration.
  
• In-depth understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex and fast-paced environments.
  
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) is a plus.
  
• Previous software development experience or technical background is advantageous but not mandatory.
