Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with handson experience in MSFT Dynamics implementation and a strong background in Marketing and Sales CRM technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and a proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams including Product Managers and Engineering to deliver CRM solutions.
Responsibilities include analyzing current Sales processes defining technical requirements supporting data migration and facilitating sprint grooming sessions. You will also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support postgolive activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field (or relevant experience)
- Expertise in MSFT Dynamics and CRM solutions
- Experience with Agile development and data migration initiatives
