- Develop and maintain the Risk Management policy, framework, and guidelines.
- Identify and assess strategic, financial, and operational risks facing, including risks for potential business opportunities.
- Develop and manage risk management related processes (e.g. detection, evaluation, prevention, monitoring, reporting).
- Monitor risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans if a risk is triggered to resolve the risk.
- Manage and ensure proper maintenance of risk register, impact and probability analysis, response planning analysis, etc.
- Promote a risk awareness culture across the company
- Develop the department's strategy, goals, initiatives, and plans, whilst providing advice, guidance and direction to subordinates during execution of major plans and initiatives.
