Location: Clovis l Compensation: $18-20/ hour l Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
• Excellent customer service skills, to complete calls to collect payments, and billing
• Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions
• Collaborates with the Collections to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis
• Knowledge of matching, batching, coding of invoices

Skills Required:

• Highly detail Oriented/Accurate, able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Understanding of basic accounts receivable principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Required)
