Job Role:
As Head of Sales & After market, will be responsible for delivering the budgeted targets for Sales, Market Share, Network Development, Customer Satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be the key management person representing the Business to Key Account Customers, Institutional Customers and other stakeholders with the objective of maximizing sales and wallet share for the business.
- Will drive the network expansion for maximizing reach and after market support for the new products.
- Will be the face of the organization to the dealer network and need to nurture and build a efficient, strong network capable of taking on the competition and deliver the organization objectives.
- Will lead the front end team comprising of Zonal Managers, Key Account Managers, Service Head and Dealer Development Head.
- The incumbent will be responsible for business development through innovative initiatives to establish the SCV EV portfolio in a highly competitive market.
Desired candidate profile:
- The candidate should be a seasoned leader preferably from the commercial vehicle space having proven track record of leading large teams, aggressive volume and market share growth, establishing strong relationships with large key accounts.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership ability, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen, ability to manage in a highly competitive and fast paced environment.
