We are looking for a competent recruitment consultant to assist our clients in finding the best candidates to help their business grow. You ll attract candidates, screen and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

As a recruitment consultants you will need to have strong sales orientation and ability to head hunt for senior and niche skills.

Responsibilities

Understanding the various requirements shared by clients

Source candidates using databases, social media etc.

Evaluate candidates fit for the relevant roles

Responsible for pre-interview screening and validating

.

Process the most suitable candidates to client role

.

Facilitate and engage with the candidate during the hiring process

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as recruitment consultant with 5+ years experience in recruiting for IT/Non IT Industry .

Sound knowledge and understanding of various sourcing techniques

.

Sales/Customer service skills

.

Outstanding communication ability

.

Strong work ethics and collaborative skills

Confident and pleasant personality
