Customer Sales Advisor

We are recruiting for a full time Insurance Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, friendly, customer focused candidate looking for opportunities within the Insurance and Financial Services Sector.

Your role will include handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new ones. You'll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any queries and to build long term relationships with our loyal customers. With your flexible approach you'll provide administrative support and perform other office duties as required with can-do, pro-active enthusiasm.

• People who are able to demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.

• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.

• Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however, insurance experience is not needed although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do.

• Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team. In return, you can expect full training in order to become licensed to sell our products in a friendly and supportive environment.

• I.T. literacy is essential.

• Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) essential.

The starting salary will be 20,000 - 25,000 depending on experience.

Successful candidates will be required to attend training courses arranged and run by us and pass the relevant licensing qualifications within an agreed timeframe.
