Reports to: Head of Sales
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00
Based: Glasgow with occasional travel to regional offices
Salary: 25000 per annum
Flexible working: There may be flexibility in working hours following successful completion of probation period and business needs.

What you will be doing:
- Sourcing new business leads across the UK with a phonefirst approach
- Creating and building lasting client relationships
- Forecasting and sharing prospects with Business Development Managers
- Delivering customer excellence at all times.

WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an organised selfmotivated Telesales Representative with welldeveloped interpersonal skills. You will be able to manage your tasks to deliver a highquality service at a high tempo. You will be an effective communicator at all levels and can think on your feet and be responsive to the company s business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiating sales with prospective customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers needs.
- Gathering and documenting customer information payment terms and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 years experience in a similar Telesales position
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in security sales (desirable).
