• Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
  
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conference calls, and other events
  
• Manage customer databases and update customer information
  
• Prepare and distribute sales reports and other sales-related materials
  
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  
• Communicate with customers to provide information and resolve issues
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Salesforce experience is a
  
• Strong customer service
  
• Good understanding of sales process and techniques
  
• Some level of experience with data analysis and reporting
