- Assist the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Manage customer databases and update customer information
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and other sales-related materials
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide information and resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Salesforce experience is a
- Strong customer service
- Good understanding of sales process and techniques
- Some level of experience with data analysis and reporting
