Job Description
Understand how waste management works and the business needs of the platform.
Collaborate with the internal team to create detailed requirements and designs for the solutions.
Research existing process and technologies at SZW assess necessary changes and upgrades and incorporate future needs into the design.
Prepare flowcharts and Technical Design Documents (TDD) and communicate requirements to the software / Hardware development vendor.
Work closely with the development team during the development phase.
Gather feedback from the internal team and partners and streamline workflow and UI design for a userfriendly solution.
Ensure that development timelines are met.
Document the entire development process for future reference.
Coordinate with the testing team and conduct manual testing of released features.
Administer monitor and maintain the platform.
Collaborate with other teams and partners in the field to ensure effective adoption of the solution.
Monitor usage and provide support.
Coordinate with development and cloud support teams to address and fix bugs.
Coordinate for any other technical projects.
Requirements
Preferred Qualification: E&C Engineer with project management experience
