Job Description

Support an on call 24 x 7 cloud Production Environment supporting and administering AWS products & Answer support calls and tickets and provide first-level application support, make sure assigned Cloud customers have the best customer experience when engaging Technical Support, train and support junior team members in resolving product support tickets & run database queries to lookup, resolve, issues, should be prepared to be first point of escalation 24 x 7

[Work Hours & Benefits] AWS support engineers are expected to work multiple shifts as per customer needs, including weekends from our Hyderabad Option to work from anywhere at the discretion of the team/project possible for some cases/duration on an ;



Requirements

General Skills:

  • Focus on rapid identification and resolution of customer issues
  • Answer questions and perform initial triage on problem reports
  • Excellent communication skills: must be able to hold customer calls under pressure
Mandatory Skills

  • OS (Linux, Windows)
  • AWS Architect Professional
  • Strong virtualization knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (routing, switching, load balancing)
  • In depth knowledge of administering AWS products:EC2, S3, VPC, EBS, ELB/ALB, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Cognito, Route52, IAM, AWS Lambda

    Good to have skills
  • Cognito
  • CloudFormation
  • API Gateway
Education:
  • Bachelor s and/or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • About 0 - 4 years of professional experience supporting AWS cloud environments
  • Certified Amazon Architect Associate or Architect
  • Experience serving as Support lead (shift planning, management, status reporting)
