Job Description
Position: Technical Support Engineer (L1 Support)
Experience: 1.6 – 2 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Work Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational Shift (For night Shift – shift allowances will be paid)
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (react native knowledge preferred).
Knowledge of backend technologies.
Should have strong problem solving skills.
Internal systems monitoring and analysis of issues.
Incident management.
Remedy queue monitoring Kibana.
Highlight remedy ticket to respective support team to act.
Email monitoring.
In case any communication received from external subsystem SD team to get RFC analyzed
from internal L2 team for any impact.
Communication with IT partners.
Common Service Requests.
