Responsibilities

• Assist Principal Investigators (PIs) with the financial management of European research

• Carry out top-level management of a portfolio of funded R&D projects with regards to all administrative, contractual and financial

• Check and monitor budget expenditure both at project and partner organisations

• Assist in the preparation of detailed interim and final financial

• Project Coordination: Monitor the progress of expenditure of the project, anticipate possible problems, excellent communication with the PI and the project officer and participate in consortium

• Maintain a full awareness of ICIQ s policies in relation to broader research and innovation related

• Liaise with the Research Projects and International Collaborations Unit, Administrative support Unit, Human Resources Unit and Finance Department on matters relating to policy and
