Job Description

Reporting to the Head of People the Global Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing implementing and monitoring the global talent acquisition strategy ensuring the continuous improvement and efficiency of our talent acquisition processes globally. As subject matter expert you will drive growth across our different regions and functions worldwide. Your entrepreneurial mindset and pion for recruitment will ensure your success in this role.



Role and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Roboyo s corporate strategy and growth plans
  • Utilize market insights data ytics and industry best practices to create competitive hiring processes that attract highcaliber candidates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs ensuring the timely availability of highquality talent
  • Develop strategic workforce plans to meet short and longterm organizational goals using your data ytics and reporting ss


Executive Search

  • Lead and manage the endtoend recruitment processes for senior leadership and executive roles as well as niche positions globally
  • Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and relevant essment criteria to secure toptier talent driving organizational success


Subject Matter Expertise Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and HR leaders providing expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends best practices and emerging markets
  • Coordinate with HRBPs and business leaders across all regions and functions to ensure the consistent and highquality application of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders hiring managers and HR Business Partners ensuring seamless and collaborative recruitment processes
  • Lead change management initiatives within the talent acquisition function particularly in implementing new technologies and global process improvements
  • Provide training and mentorship to internal hiring teams on best practices in recruitment and candidate essment


Employer Branding Talent Attraction & University Relations

  • Enhance Roboyo s global employer brand to attract diverse and toptier talent through innovative recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Leverage social media career fairs and other channels to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Implement fitted DEI initiatives within our talent acquisition practices globally
  • Elish and manage partnerships with universities and educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent
  • Oversee and lead campus recruitment initiatives and internship programs globally
  • Develop and run a Roboyo Alumni Network to maintain a large talent pool


Systems Reporting & Process Excellence

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment systems tools and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Introduce innovative technologies tools and odologies to streamline global recruitment efforts
  • Leverage ATS reports dashboards and other tools to visualize the recruiting pipeline and results of recruiting efforts


Requirements

Professional Characteristics

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in global talent acquisition (operational and strategic) within the IT consulting or professional services industry with a strong emphasis on executive search and workforce planning
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in diverse international markets
  • Strong business aen with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring strategies
  • Experience in employer branding university relations and recruitment best practices and process improvement
  • Knowledge of TA technologies and systems (i.e. Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
