At Draxton Lleida located betweenCervera and Trrega we are looking to hire an HR Technician.
Join us in supporting and collaborating with plant operations ensuring alignment with policies procedures and objectives. Be part of a mission to inspire and cultivate talent fostering growth and dedication within an industrial environment.
You will report hierarchically and functionally to the HRBP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops workforce strategies alongside technical leaders ensuring that
human resources contribute to meeting production goals through proactive collaboration with operations. - Ensures effective communication with plant personnel addressing their
needs and aligning priorities to enhance team satisfaction and productivity. - Supports the recruitment of plant personnel managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies to ensure a qualified workforce.
- Collaborates in the onboarding process welcoming new team members and helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Provides essential administrative support in labor relations overseeing attendance tracking absenteeism management invoice processing and production scheduling.
- Engages in daytoday logistics and operational support playing a vital role in the smooth functioning of HRrelated processes in a dynamic industrial setting.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A university degree in Labor Relations Social Work Law Psychology or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HRrelated roles.
- Strong people orientation with excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Fulltime with flexible hours: MondayThursday 8:30 AM/9:00 AM start with the end of the day from 5:30 PM. Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
