Experience Requirements
- Experience providing technical support for incidents escalated past the service desk
- Troubleshooting applications and software with internal users
- Utilizing 3rd-party support portals/vendors to troubleshoot complex issues
- Incident/ticket management and updating the parties involved
- Documentation of incident resolution steps
Nice to Have but not Required
- Power BI or similar
- Java, .Net
- Websphere or similar
- SharePoint and Office 365
- IBM Maximo or other asset management software
- Emerson AMS, ThingWorx, OSIsoft Pi or similar
- Relational database Experience
