Project Implementation Analyst

Location: Irvine CA (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

Project Implementation Analyst

ROLE:

Work with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and requirements using the latest techniques in business analysis and software implementation methodologies. This role requires a strong acumen in conducting interviews document analysis site visits facilitated workshops and software lifecycle documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in handling project management functions as well such as invoice reconciliation agenda creation and task tracking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact effectively with a diverse group of team members and clients within the industry and government communities
• Respond and document client and vendor requests for successful completion
• Manage and perform new client project onboarding and setup processes
• Manage deliverables documents and file folders organized in a standard and consistent manner
• Lead and support meetings with project team client and vendors
• Attend project meetings training sessions and conferences with the project team client and vendors mainly virtually with travel to client sites and conferences
• Create Agendas Meeting Notes Minutes and Action Items
• Communicate status and progress updates to project team client and vendor
• Communicate resolution of requests issues enhancements and deliverable status

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree
• 23 Years Experience in customerfacing work software or project implementation roles.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies
• Very strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements for product and project delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer group including executives managers and subject matter experts
• Strong interest in consulting or technology industry
• Willingness to perform occasional evening and weekend work
• Must be willing to commute to Irvine CA and various cities across California and the US as needed (1025% travel)
