Open Position: HR Specialist (MNC Company)
An MNC Company is looking for HR Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 3 years experience as Human Resource Business
- Good with recruitment and with experience from manufacturing industry, engaging with blue collar workers and foreign
- Easy to approach, has a pleasant personality and a can-do
- Excellent communication skills especially with shopfloor
- Has background in HR
- Good in employee engagement and
- A team player wtih good communication and stakeholder management
